Jennifer is a champion and advocate for women in the workplace. In 2015 Jennifer set out to change the way that work works for women. She didn’t fit in with what traditional employers wanted (a bum on seat from 9am – 5pm) and became determined to help organizations with great flexible work and gender diversity policies access the burgeoning group of talent that loved to work… but on their own terms.

The tellent community has grown to over 3,000 women in the greater Toronto Hamilton area. What started as an idea to provide access to flexible job listings has grown into a movement, creating more opportunities for full and equal participation of women in the economy. Jennifer was educated at McMaster University. She is first generation Canadian and her professional background spans four continents with expertise in brand strategy and international market development. She is a problem solver and idea generator with a bias toward action. Never one to back down from a challenge, she has become an established thought leader and speaker on issues facing working women.
