Jennifer Anquetil, Director, People & Culture at TELUS leads people and culture initiatives for the Consumer Solutions team. Her passion for culture change sees her leading programs that improve collaboration and work habits across all of TELUS. Prior to making the exciting leap to HR, half of her 19 years at TELUS were spent in marketing roles spanning Wireless Pricing, Loyalty & Retention strategy and Product Marketing. She leads a highly demanding and often rapidly changing part of the business and does it while instilling confidence, consensus and calm. She is passionate about leadership development and has served as a career development and engagement coach as well as co-chair of TELUS’ women’s networking group, Connections.
