Carolyn McPherson

Since joining Canadian Tire in 2006, Carolyn has held progressive roles within Merchandising and Store Support that have been anchored in building market disrupting strategies, collaborating across the dynamically changing organization and executing meaningful and differentiated in-store experiences for customers across the country while delivering financial growth.

Carolyn is also a founding member of the Canadian Tire Women’s Leadership Network whose main purpose is to connect, inspire and motivate women across the organization to build relationships, make connections and enrich their personal and professional development.

She is a mom to a firecracker of a little girl who inspires and motivates Carolyn everyday to nurture her innate curiosities and to challenge all preconceived notions so she can be a fierce, strong, kind and courageous girl who will eventually change the world.
